1 Hour Consultation - $200.00

Each legal matter and situation is unique. Some require in-depth or continuous legal services while others can be resolved in a short one-off legal counseling. The consultation is a conversation with the attorney to gather the facts of the legal issue, determine if legal causes of action exist, and to provide guidance on recommended legal services.

Multiple legal issues arising from the same legal situation may be discussed during the same consultation.

Separate legal issues arising from different legal situations will require booking and paying a separate consultation fee for each legal issue. If you need to book separate consultations, those consultations can be booked consecutively.

This is a one-time non-refundable flat fee for each consultation booked and paid for.

Booking a 1 hour consultation means that you will receive up to 1 hour (60 minutes) of legal counseling related to the legal issue. If the issue is complex and requires more than 60 minutes of legal counseling then the additional time will be billed in 1 hour increments at the attorney’s fee for service rate of $300.00 per hour. Additional billing will be solely at the attorney’s discretion.

The one-hour consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship but does provide legal advice that you can use to determine your next steps in the matter.

If you opt for continued legal services or representation a separate fee structure and engagement letter will be provided after the consultation is complete.
