Attorney Fees & Representation
Clear Terms. No Deposit. No Retainer.
We believe legal services should be straightforward and accessible. Clients are not required to pay an upfront deposit or traditional retainer to begin representation.
Attorney fees are discussed in advance and confirmed in a written engagement agreement. Depending on the matter, fees may be charged on an hourly, flat-fee, or other agreed basis. You will receive clear information about the scope of services, billing terms, and anticipated costs before any legal work begins.
Establishing the Attorney-Client Relationship
Contacting the firm, submitting an online form, sending an email, or participating in an initial consultation does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is established only after:
The firm confirms that it is able to accept the matter;
Any required conflict review has been completed;
The attorney and client agree on the scope and terms of representation; and
A written engagement agreement has been signed.
Until those steps are completed, you should not assume that the firm represents you or is protecting any legal deadline on your behalf.
Pay for the Legal Services You Need
Our goal is to provide practical legal support without requiring clients to place substantial funds in trust before work begins. No deposit or retainer is required. Fees are billed according to the terms of the engagement agreement, and payment is due as stated in that agreement.
This approach allows clients to understand the cost of representation, receive focused legal services, and move forward with greater confidence.
